Bester Capital Media, a full-service ad agency located in Dubai is looking for Sr. UI/UX Designer.

The Job Position will be based in Lahore, but the resource will work closely with the team in Dubai on UAE-based brands.

Qualification:

Bachelors in Media Sciences/Diploma in Design & Animation/Bachelors in Design & Animation

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role in a reputable Advertising Agency is mandatory.
360-degree advertising campaigns.
Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Designing Social Media Posts & Ads.
Designing other Digital Ads.
Designing Marketing Collaterals (Print, Digital, Electronic, Outdoor).
Designing Mood board for photo shoots.
Designing Story board for video shoots.

Technical Skills (Proficient in the following tools):

Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premier Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe XD
Photo Editing (Lifestyle, Product, Food, Interior Architecture, Outdoor, Portraits, Events, etc.)
Video Animation (2D animated ads, explainers, digital ads, interviews, activations, events, product, lifestyle, fashion, etc.)
Video Editing
3D Animation
3D modeling & rendering
expereince of working on CRM Dashboards

Skill & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
UI design portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail oriented
Critical thinker
Problem solver and customer-centered
Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
3+ years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
Should be proficient in English verbal and written expression
