- Handle all development and operational activities of clearing business
- Develop network of partners and subsidiaries
- Managing all clearing operations activities
- Responsible for achieving departmental productivity goals
- To plan and develop the systems and procedures to improve the operations quality and efficiency of the division
- Monitoring the Custom Clearance procedures and ensuring to build a strong relationships with various governmental organizations and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations
- To set individual accountability and goals and to give recommendations for the internal promotions. Other related responsibility or administrative duties
- Manage, control and supervise the activities of the Clearing and Forwarding operations staff
- Deal with customs queries where the clearing staff cannot resolve same
- Report daily activities Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in the clearing process
- Agree on costs and disbursements to carry out clearing
- Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control
- Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate regulations, policies and laws
- Consistently promote a strong corporate culture, quality and high performance work teams
- Bringing sales of all products such as warehousing, local distribution. Air freight, sea Freight and road transport
- Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company’s revenue, market share and profitability
- Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner
