About the role
- Assisting customers with moving homes and offices by providing services including utilities, internet, and more.
- Calling warm leads and answering incoming inquires.
- Liaising with B2C and B2B clients
- General administration tasks
About You
- Min 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales role dealing with international clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - You must enjoy talking to people
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software
- Previous SaaS industry sales/customer service experience is desirable
