About the role
- Creating a positive pre and post installation customer experience
- Ordering stock and managing installations
- Completing applications and forms
- Dealing with warranty claims & customer aftercare
- Business development to support the growth of the company
- Liaise with engineers to support the requirements for each project
About You
- Min 2 yrs of experience in the solar industry
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Impeccable understanding of the solar products
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and CRM management
