We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Account Manager to manage and scale our Amazon wholesale/reselling business. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the reselling model, Amazon listing rules, inventory management, profitability analysis, and account health standards. This role focuses on product sourcing evaluation, listing management, pricing control, and keeping the seller account in excellent standing.
Key Responsibilities Account & Store Management
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central for a US-based wholesale/reselling account.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain excellent account health.
Monitor account performance metrics: order defect rate, late shipment rate, customer feedback, and claims.
Product Sourcing & Analysis
Analyze supplier catalogs and wholesale lists for profitable reselling opportunities.
Use tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, or Helium 10 to evaluate product demand, ROI, sales rank, and competition.
Prepare profitability reports and shortlist high-potential products for purchasing teams.
Listing Management
Create new listings or update existing ones according to Amazon policies.
Manage variations, listing quality, and product detail accuracy.
Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.
Pricing & Buy Box Strategy
Continuously monitor pricing to maximize Buy Box percentage.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on competitor analysis.
Ensure MAP compliance when applicable.
Inventory & Order Coordination
Coordinate FBA shipments (labels, boxes, prep instructions) or manage FBM processes.
Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Work with suppliers, prep centers, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Handle customer messages, returns, and complaints with professionalism.
Appeal Amazon case issues, including policy violations, listing takedowns, or ASIN disputes.
Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales trends, pricing data, and Buy Box performance.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profit margins.
Requirements
1–3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience (wholesale/reselling model required).
Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and compliance management.
Proficiency with Amazon analysis tools: Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, etc.
Solid understanding of FBA/FBM processes.
Analytical mindset with strong spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) skills.
Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience working with US-based clients or international e-commerce teams is a plus.
