Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate timely back to customers, track and resolve any issues regarding the service
  • Create effective customer service procedure, polices and standards.
  • identify and escalate priority issues per client specification.
  • provide guidelines to customers according to set procedure and guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

Job Specification:

  • A Levels/or above
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience of E-Commerce Customer Support/Chat.
  • Age limit: 18-45
  • Excellent command over English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel is a plus.
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent command in spoken & Written English, correct grammar, comprehension.
