- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients and management to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
- Research the market for identifying new business and sales growth opportunities.
- Complete the assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about business development and E-Commerce (Amazon/eBay) practices, Excel and mathematical activities, prospective client handling and website management along with current industry trends.
- Should have strong understanding of e-commerce in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
- Determine cross-selling opportunities.
- Execute development and growth strategies and project plans with a hands-on approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a business development role
- Must be someone who is committed, able to get stuff done and execute plans, instead of purely focusing on reports and strategy.
- Must be proficient in English (spoken, understanding and written)
- Must Collaborate with and manage relationships with internal teams to understand objectives; recommend tactics and strategy to improve company outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, and written)
- Strong knowledge of Linnworks or any other e-commerce channel management platform is highly valuable.
