We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Android Developer to join our growing team at Raccoon Tech Inc. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Android Development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build Android mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features.
- Fully responsible for mobile app development in the team.
- Build and publish applications in app stores.
- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance.
Skills/Job Requirements:
- Expertise on Android Studio and Android SDKs is a must.
- Experience in cross platform (Flutter and React native is plus).
- Must have strong working knowledge of Java/Swift/Kotlin/JSon Parsing.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Responsive design and adaptive development
- Dynamic Controls Development
- Experience with Application Security Implementations
- iOS/XCode development knowledge will be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge in core Java.
- Hands on experience in the full life cycle of Android application development.
- Strong knowledge in RESTful web services.
- Strong knowledge of Databases (SQLite, Realm, Greedao etc.)
- Experience working with constraint layout UIs and share transitions.
- Hands on experience with product flavors, versions plus deploying and updating effectively on Google play store.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SQL – Experience in writing optimized complex SQL statements.
- Multi-tasking with an ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Solid understanding of android architecture components, security concept and profiling to measure app’s performance.
- Good experience of consuming REST API and error handling.
- Good concept of how to better manage memory and CPU to keep the app size to a minimum.
