We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to undertake all the duties at desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests

- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

- Provide general administrative support

- Coordinate office activities

- Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills

Education/Skills:

- 14 years’ education, additional qualifications will be a plus

- Hands on experience with MS Office
