We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how ecommerce operations are carried in regard to order management.
You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

Must be familiar with facebook and instagram posting
Should have experience in dealing customers via facebook inbox and converting the potential lead to actual sale
Dealing the customer over call for ecommerce product related queries.
Managing Courier portal and Google sheet for daily orders
Should be able to search hashtags for instagram posts

Required Skills:

Knowledge of all social media platforms
Working with Google Docs, Sheets
Familiar with Facebook Inbox Saved Replies and community management
Soft Pitch for cold calling
Working in Wordpress woocommerce is a plus point

This job will be home based initially and ll be ultimately shifted to office in one to two months.
