Major job responsibilities include:
- Verification of claims and Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Data Entry in Excel and QuickBooks accounting software
- Keep Proper Filing system
- Manage General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances, and the reconciliation of accounts.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Process transactions related to accounts payable and account receivable, payroll, fixed assets.
Requirements:
- B.com, M.com or Graduation in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to the person having knowledge of the accounts management.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills is compulsory (MS Word & Excel)
- Shift Time (06:00PM to 03:00AM)
Salary range: Depends upon your qualifications and experience.
