Job Summary
Manager HR Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
The candidate must use knowledge of various HR functions including staffing, workforce planning, talent management, employee retention, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, employee recognition, compensation, benefits, performance management, employment law, HR compliance, training and development, workplace investigations, effective communication and coaching to provide tactical and strategic HR support to drive employee engagement. Also act as liaison to other HR functions when necessary. Responsibilities are not restricted to the ones mentioned below.
