Job Description

Front Desk Officer Responsibilities include

  • Greeting guests
  • Issuing visitor badges
  • Taking phone calls
  • Sorting correspondence
  • Answering to client inquiries
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails
  • Perform basic data entry when needed
  • Notify Security Officer about unescorted guests and emergency situations
  • Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Maintaining the Reception area clean and organized
