1- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
2- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs.
3- Other responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and servers and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
4- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
5- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
6- Setting up accounts for new users.
7- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
8- Testing new technology.
9- All other system/network related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
10- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on network related NVR/DVR
