Job Description

  • Receive incoming phone calls, make necessary arrangements, take messages, re-direct calls to relevant department or staff member and vice versa.
  • Warmly greet any customers and guests who visit the office and offer them refreshments. Make necessary meeting arrangements accordingly and guide them regarding their inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain an appropriate waiting room, guide the visitors in the waiting area and schedule their meetings in a timely manner.
  • Appropriately schedule inter-staff and executive meetings and make sure that there are no time clashes between them.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
