- Do Supervision of projects
- Manage existing contractors, vendors, labourers, timely sourcing and procurement of materials
- Finding new contractors, vendors, labourers and material suppliers as per project requirement
- Do quantity calculations
- Managing production of finishing items i.e. furniture, wood work etc.
- Managing other finishing and civil works related activities as per company instructions
- Reporting directly to office and Project Manager
- Perform jobs/tasks assigned, to company’s satisfaction, in time.
