We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company's accounts payable, receivable, stocks and import affairs.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices, receipts and stocks.
> Check and Verify payments and records.
> Generate and update regularly the project’s budget spending status report etc
> Prepare financial documents including invoices and purchase orders etc
> Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets and reports
> Can communicate between the exporters and the importer (BZT).
> Can easily manage bank affairs related to the import and to the local day to day affairs.
> Should know the computer skills like excel, word, scanning, printing etc.Can maintain the proper financial record of the company and of its directors for the annual tax return. Moreover, one can easily manage to do related tasks to the business.
