  • Owner is from Lahore who lived in Copenhagen, Denmark most of his grown-up life.
  • We have an outsourced office at Lahore (pk office) & an office in Copenhagen Denmark (dk office)

Contract & Stability

  • We’ll sign a long-term contract.
  • Twice a year review for better salary.

Ease of work

Tasks (Staff, customers & suppliers related)

  • Customer communication (mail, chat & calls) like complaints, queries, catering etc.
  • Staff communication regarding scheduling & everyday work situations & mistakes
  • By using our backend arranging job interviews, trainings, feedbacks and control
  • Communication (email & calls) with suppliers & business partners
  • Making staff schedules.
  • Writing / editing staff training program
  • Checking staff attendances
  • Archiving and organising
  • Formulating company policies and procedures 
  • Answering Customer Reviews

Skills required

  • Excellent written & spoken English equivalent to IELTS 7.0
  • Excellent communication & expression abilities
  • Details orientation.
  • Structured and organised output.

Working hours

  • We promise min. 40 to 50 hrs weekly = 200h monthly
  • 6 days’ work week.
  • 8h Shift within 13.00 till 03.00

  • After training hourly wage will be 400 - 650 Rs/h (80 to 125 k per month)
