We are looking for a talented individual just like you to join us as "Call Center Verifier - Final Expense" in our Sales Verification & Closing department on Medicare Health Insurance and Final Expense Insurance live transfers program. Keep in mind that we are based on Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi near to 6th Road & Commercial Market area.
Role Summary:As an sales verifier/closer, you will be responsible for professionally closing the sales with pre-qualified customers over the phone and connect them with international lines. You will be provided with excellent support, training and resources to become an excellent account executive. You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to rapidly succeed as an sales verifier/closer.
Role & Requirements:
- You must have minimum 6 months experience on any of the call center campaigns/projects mentioned above.
- You should have minimum Intermediate (completed) education preferred.
- You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to manage given tasks on time.
- You will be required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the customer support/sales agents in our outbound sales department.
- You are the finest individual with excellent verbal communication skills.
- You have the desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
- You must be target-oriented and highly motivated person.
- You must be available to work full-time in USA office hours.
- You must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job
