We are looking for a talented & experienced call center agents just like you to join us as "Closer" in our Sales Verification & Closing department on Medicare Health Insurance and Final Expense Insurance live transfers program. 

Role Summary:As an sales verifier or sales closer, you will be responsible for professionally closing the sales calls of pre-qualified customers over the phone and transfer the prospect's call to our client's team. You will be provided with excellent support, training and resources to become an excellent sales verifier or sales closer. You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to rapidly succeed as an sales verifier or sales closer. You will be demonstrating all the skills you learned in your prior experiences as call center agent.

Role & Requirements:

  • You must have Minimum 1 year experience on any of the call center campaigns/projects i.e. Final Expense Insurance or Medicare Health Insurance.
  • You should have Minimum Bachelor's (completed) education completed (preferred).
  • You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to complete given tasks on time.
  • You will be required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the customer support/sales agents in our outbound telesales department.
  • You are the finest individual with profound verbal communication skills.
  • You have the desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
  • You must be a target-oriented and highly motivated person.
  • You must be available to work full-time in USA business hours i.e. Night Shifts.
  • You must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job.
