- Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight Forwarder.
- Negotiation with freight forwarders on shipping rates.
- Follow up with all imports shipment on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
- Preparing all import related documentation. i.e. Invoice, packing list, airwaybill / B/L.
- Preparing and submitting EIF forms for approval.
- To perform all miscellanous jobr related duties as well.
- Preparing the correct documentation for the opening of L/C related shipments.
