JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and processing cash & bank payments.
- Entries of Daily Transactions in ERP.
- Reconciliation of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Payable Accounts.
- Intercompany accounts reconciliation & maintenance.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow Statements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Preparing and Issuing Sales Tax Invoices.
- E-filing of Withholding Tax on Salaries/Suppliers, Sales Tax & Income Tax Returns.
- Ensure compliance of Payments with regulatory framework and laws.
- Estimating, tracking and filing of online returns
- Tracking transactions and documents in FBR sites
- Completing regular (monthly, quarterly & annual) taxation reports
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.Record keeping of all the tax withholdings & payments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Accountant and Taxation
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping standards & procedures
- Expert in operating IRIS & STRIVE for tax returns submissions.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel & ERP in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- A Minimum of Graduation in Commerce/ Business Administration
- Experience of at least 3 years of Working in similar capacity
