Job Description

  • Cash handling ( cash disbursement regarding daily expenses)
  • Posting of Invoices in software.
  • To follow up collection and allocation of payments.
  • To carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadline.
  • To reconciliation of accounts.
  • To monitor customer accounts, details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • To maintain accounts receivable customer files.
  • To make regular monthly business activity which include, income statement, monthly debtors & creditors report.
  • To have daily correspondence with Account department and give update.
  • To investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • To organize a speedy recovery system and initiate collection.
  • To keep communication with all customers.
