We are urgently looking for Recovery Officers for 3 different stations.
Responsibilities:
- Incumbents will be responsible for collection from our clients; monitoring and controlling recovery schedule; communicating with clients through e-mail and in person.
- To maintain project wise and category wise receivables.
- Proper monitoring & follow up of outstanding recoveries & keeping up to date records.
- Submit weekly receivables report to Higher Management.
- Ensure recovery of write-off portfolio and maintain the level as per the minimum threshold set by the management.
- Ensure process improvement/efficiency in collection/recovery process in order to contribute towards profitability.
- Field based job, candidate must have his own conveyance.
