Urgently looking for Senior Manager – Accounts for Head Office in Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Finalization of Accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month and end-year process.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Payroll and utilities.
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.
- Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget.
- Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
