Responsibilities

Onboarding of new employees
Offboarding of employees
Helpdesk support
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues while maintaining SLAs
Manage access to various enterprise applications including Zoom, Confluence, SalesForce, 8x8, etc
Recommend and configure SSO integrations
Mobile Device Management of BYOD and company-owned devices
Software access and license management
Maintain a knowledge base of how-to and troubleshooting articles
Use Jira ITSM to manage and track all tickets and queues
Weekly report using system-generated KPIs and other metrics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
3+ years of experience for the following
Managed 30 plus users using Office 365 and Azure AD
Service desk ticketing systems
Technical support for issues related to Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices
1+ year of experience in mobile device management
Excellent communicator

Preferred Requirements

Scripting language knowledge to automate tasks
