Business Process: General comprehensive Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud knowledge and experience
Experience maintaining Profiles, Roles, and User permission sets to ensure data security and integrity.
Process Automation: managing/adding new Flows, managing/adding Process Builder, workflow rules
Formulas & Validation: Has used formulas and performed field validation
Data Management:
- Knows how to create reports, mass edit records, importing/exporting records, Data Loader
- Regularly check inbound integrations into Salesforce from other sales/marketing systems of record.
- Has a deep understanding of relational databases, maintaining custom and standard object fields, parent-child relationships, DataLoader, and mass updating records.
System Configuration:
- Knows best practices on how to configure Salesforce (Duplicate management, matching rules, setting up new packages)
- Familiarity with processes to deduplicate across records, matching leads to Accounts, reduce unnecessary complexity of database and schema
- Increasing page load speed, and optimizing for cross-functional needs. Simplifying layout for an intuitive user experience, and building formulas for both reporting and fields.
Aspirational:
Marketing Cloud:
- Create/run/optimize journeys, experience with automation, experience with creating the architecture and syncing new data extensions from external data sources
- Work with various departments as technical project manager to understand requirements and drive campaigns in SFMC
- Create, QA and run journey builds, including those with automations and using external data sources
- Maintain and create new API/Data connections with Salesforce and our app database (including data extensions)
- Own and maintain SFMC technical architecture and data integrity
- Lead both the testing and optimizations of live campaigns
- Familiarity with Journey Builder, Einstein, and automations within the platform
