Responsibilities
- Perform manual frontend and backend testing of web and mobile applications
- Identify needs for automation and write automated test cases
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and project managers to clarify any requirements to write comprehensive test cases
- Ensure detailed regression testing is performed with every release
- Accountable for identifying issues in non-prod and production environments and helping resolve issues
- Provide innovative technical solutions to enable improvement and new product features
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant years of experience
- Extensive experience testing web services and RESTful APIs
- Experience with developing automated test cases using C# and Selenium
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Experience with Postman or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of SQL
- 5+ years of web and mobile test experience
- 3+ years of integration testing and UI automation
- 3+ years of mobile test experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Technology: payroll, payments, eCommerce, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with source control using git
- Experience supporting high volume traffic web applications
