Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects concurrently from initiation to completion
Follow and apply best practices for agile development as Scrum Master
Collaborate closely with product and development teams in ensuring successful project delivery
Work with remote teams to ensure they understand requirements
Facilitate any necessary conversations between team members and teams

Minimum Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of software development life cycle using agile methodologies
5+ years of experience in web and mobile applications projects
5+ years of experience in using Agile work management tools Jira or TFS
3+ years of experience with managing projects for high traffic web/mobile apps
Bachelor's degree in technical field or relevant years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Financial Technology industry - ecommerce, payments, payroll, etc.
Experience working on projects that used Microsoft technology stack

Skills
