Content Writing / Communication & Marketing
In order to launch successfully, it is critical to build a brand identity, with a clear positioning and value proposition, define an engaging key message to our audience, produce the marketing and communication material: web content, brochure, logo, marketing kit, company presentation, media campaigns...
The Content writer & Marketing Executive will participate actively in structuring and building the communication and marketing strategy under the supervision and coaching of the management team.
Key responsibilities
As our Copywriter & Content Coordinator, you will play an integral role within the Marketing team to:
Producing engaging copy for both online and offline channels including (but not limited to) our website and blog, marketing campaigns and promotions, email, social media, press releases, print collateral
Working closely with the management team to continuously improve SEO friendly copy for the achijaga com website and supporting SEO outreach campaigns
Ensuring the achijaga.com tone of voice is heard clearly across all content produced and published
Working closely with Management Team to successfully deliver all in-house marketing activity and formulate new and innovative campaign ideas
Create and deliver the social media calendar (including paid social campaigns)
Conduct surveys, research and build powerful real estate related insights to proviude compelling content to our readers and audience`l

You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / English or related disciplines.
1-3 years relevant experience, exposure in copywriting/project management/content production
Experience in real estate is desirable and an interest in Property sector is a plus
Detail-orientated with immaculate grammar and spelling
An editorial mind-set that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to effectively build this into a content plan/strategy
Solid organisation skills with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility; open to changing priorities and able to meet tight deadlines on a regular basis
A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Have a proactive attitude with the skills to work both effectively in a team as well as independently
Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress & social media. As well as project management programmes such as Asana.
Available to work from our Bahria Town, Lahore office.
