Bizinfo Resolution is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, feedbacks, and complaints via Live Chat, Calls and Emails.

We require individuals with excellent English skills. You will be required to answer calls and chats from the USA, UK, Australia and UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Call customer for order verification
  • Call customer for reviews and feedback
  • Resolving customer complaints

Requirements

  • Must-Have Some Relevant Experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing power
  • Real-time problem solving
  • Computer Skills
  • Experience in Call Center Industry (Research and Design Agency) will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management
  • Complaint Management & Escalation Process
  • Self-motivated
  • Good team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate with A-Level / O-Level, Bachelors.
