• Manage and administer the recruitment and selection process in order to attract the right candidates for all Head Office, Regional Office and Area Offices
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Responsible for managing all communication from Office HR Review, revise and develop policies as required and ensure implementation of all policies
  • Design and conduct all activities for Performance Management Appraisal for Head Office, Regional Office and Area Office
  • Devise and implement employee recognition strategies
  • Plan, organize training needs analysis and find training partners for Head Office and Regional Office Manage attrition and develop retention strategies for all management employees
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget for Human Resource Organize events to build team cohesion, collaboration
  • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys at regular intervals Take part in HR surveys and activities
