We are seeking a Graphic Designer that will help balance design aesthetic and usability all things print and digital. An ideal candidate would fulfill the following requirements: talented; have a passion for creating original concepts; committed to practicing great design; have an appreciation for the details; self-critical; have a good sense of humor; motivated and is highly effective in a collaborative environment.
- Day-to-day, the Graphic Designer will work with our Copywriters, Web Designers, Developers and Marketing Channel Managers to produce results-driven creative. This includes:
Responsibilities:
- Designing original creative, from concept to final deliverable
- This includes, but not limited to: direct mail; collateral; advertising; event installations; premium books; banner ads (static, animated a plus); custom and templated Emails; landing pages; occasional website design or updates to existing; app layout; social media support (cropping images, color correction, etc.) and exploratory with new marketing opportunities in both print and digital
- Ability to produce 2D and 3D prototypes of concepts (print and digital)
- Assist Creative Manager and fellow designers with brainstorming and designing pitch concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with developing the graphic language and aesthetics that support a truly unique 360º branded experience
- Making edits to templates and previous work
- Collaborating with other team members to produce the best creative possible
- Offering input and feedback throughout the creative process
- Act as a brand ambassador for BizSol Tech
- Balancing multiple projects and meetings with various deadlines and schedule changes
Requirements
- Strong layout and print production skills
- Good understanding of responsive/mobile design or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven culture
- Capability to concept and execute unique approaches to projects
- An eye for detail
- Typographic maturity
- Experience working with brand guidelines
- Sound individual project management and organization
- Able to digest and adapt to constructive criticism and direction
- Solid utilization of creative software (Adobe CC Suite, both print and digital apps as well as some third-party software)
- Must have advanced skills and experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Education in graphic design (or a related field)
- 6+ years of experience working in a design studio, corporate brand or related professional design position is preferred
