Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.
Seeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.
Must be expert in Excel, Word, Emails
Prepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivables
Review monthly Financial Assessment of company's performance
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Preferably know withholding tax and sales tax filing
Timely identification and rectification of financial and operational concern
Can do physical audits
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Any other task assign by (Administrative work)
Audit firm experience will be preferred.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Must be punctual.
