We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manger to join our Human Resources Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Host in-house recruitment events.
- Discuss employees' career developement paths with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics (Eg. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Review departmental budgets.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains company's staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
- Maintain historical human resources records by designing a filling and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 6-8 years as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
