Bizz World Communications is looking for determined and energetic Negotiation Officers with excellent English communication (Verbal & Written) to help us grow our business.
You will make outbound calls to potential customers to share information about our company and explain how our services can enhance their lives.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Share information about our services by following sales scripts
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Closing sales and leading customer through the settlement process
- Perform customized targeted sales strategies
- Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills
- Telemarketing or customer service experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
