Responsilities:
- Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks
- Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps foster strong relationships.
- Serve as the internal central point of communication around project status, timelines, and risks Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes
- Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope Define, document, and implement project management and engineering best practices and process improvements
- Motivate team members to action; identify common themes, make inferences and draw conclusions
- Create a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; assemble a team with the right mix of skills; coach and motivate team members; delegate responsibility; promote mutual support and interaction
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management
- Should have experience of handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Should know about Websites Development
- Ready to work on live environment and can provide support
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or IT field
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- MS Project will be a plus
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing IT related projects
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Adept at overseeing all facets of the project lifecycle, including initiation and planning; change, risk, and issue management; and guiding QA teams
- Thorough knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, issues and change management
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
