Blackrok Dispatch is a Lahore-based truck dispatching company serving the US market located in Paragon City commercial area, Barki Road. We provide dispatching services to owner-operators and fleet carriers across all 48 states — handling load booking, broker negotiations, and full paperwork management. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals to help us bring new carriers on board. Position summary As a Cold Calling Sales Agent, you will be contacting US truck drivers and fleet owners via outbound calls, explaining our dispatching services, and converting them into active clients. This is a target-driven role with strong commission incentives on top of a fixed monthly salary.
Salary & commission
- Experienced (1–3 yrs): PKR 35,000 – 85,000/month base salary
- PKR 5,000 – 10,000 commission per carrier successfully signed
- Monthly performance bonus for target achievers
Training period: All new hires — fresher or experienced — go through a 1 to 2 week paid training/onboarding session where you learn our pitch, CRM tools, and US trucking basics. Please note: the full monthly salary package activates after successful training completion. During training, a daily dinner and transport allowance are provided. This is standard practice across the Lahore dispatch industry and ensures you are fully prepared before going live on calls.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based carriers and owner-operators daily
- Clearly present and explain Blackrok Dispatch's services and pricing
- Handle objections professionally and close deals
- Maintain lead records in CRM software
- Meet weekly call quotas and monthly sign-up targets
- Coordinate with dispatch team after carrier onboarding
Who we're looking for
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient on the phone
- Prior BPO, cold calling, or telemarketing experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of US trucking industry is an advantage, not a requirement
- Ability to work night shift (Pakistan Standard Time)
