We are looking for an LHr-based Regional Sales Manager for our well-known Cosmetics Company, the person should be familiar with and able to work in Fsd Zone, Sahiwal zone, Sargodha, Multan, Grw GT Road belt, and have a minimum 5 years of Experience. People with LMT or Relevant and proven work experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities you would be practicing as Regional Sales Manager:
- Develops attendance schedule and tour plans for the sales team
- Ensures that the punching of sales team data such as DSRs and Des is properly done via software
- Develops sales report for every territory by gathering the information on sales via Des and DSRs
- Tracks the performance of the sales team by analyzing the daily sales targets
- Develops the acknowledgments of software and share it with the management
- Schedules the Des unvisited shop visit and punches the sales targets pf DSRs
- Coordinates the sales targets with the executive management after receiving it from different regions
- Shares the incentives of Des with DSRs and with Territory Managers
- Ensures that distributor claims and receipts are vetted by FBR
- Prepares regional meeting reports and shares them with the Regional Managers
- Analyzes the sales targets of DSRs and Des based on the annual sales volume share with the Regional Managers.
