Job Responsibilities:
1.Ensures the team achieves goals established for the unit.
2.Plan, direct, evaluate and supervise workflow
3.Track and Coach team members performance
.4.Handle escalation in collecting high risk, serious delinquent or loans requiring special attention.
5.Assist on ongoing monitoring and providing feedback to collectors to ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures, including all call monitoring and quality reviews.6.Facilitate monthly evaluations and development plan for collectors7.Scheduling and coordinating team activities.
Job Requirements:
1.Age 18-35 years old, Highschool graduate or College Undergraduate.
2.Good communication and coordination skills.
3.Must have good leadership, mentoring and coaching skills4.Must also have good decision and analytical skills
5.Can lead a team with 10-20 members
6.Must be tech Savy and proficient in working reportorial requirements.
7.Preferably with relevant experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or any collection industry.
