Summary:
We are looking for a Dispatch Operations Manager to manage all dispatching operations.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Carriers by speaking with Carriers
- Adding Loads into the Dispatch Management Software and assign to Trucks
- Answering inbound calls and handling communication between drivers and brokers
- Submitting Invoices and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Good grip on USA accent.
- Fluent USA English (Oral and Verbal)
- Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
