We are looking for a talented and experienced Practice Manager Assistant. A reputable UK-based accountancy and advisory firm are offering UK Visa opportunities to successful candidates after a service period in our Pakistan Office.

About the Company:
Blackstone Virtual Solutions is a SECP-registered company offering a wide range of services from year-end accounts, management accounts and VAT returns to self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax returns, payroll, pensions, VAT registration and company formation. We also provide tax consultancy, corporate finance, R&D tax credits, liquidation and insolvency, and tax inquires.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and oversight of the daily operations of the practice.
- Monitor and review the job budget and inform the manager of any overruns.
- Update all jobs on IRIS Practice Management software.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Practice Manager.
- Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis etc.
- Prepare Working Files as per approved company format.
- Monitor and review the updates in IRIS Practice Management software.
- Assist in the preparation of management and year-end accounts and tax returns for businesses, trusts, and individuals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff and other departments.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Practice Manager on a regular basis.
- Review of VAT and Accounts so it will be submitted error free to you manager
Must have
- Individuals must have UK tax and accounts management experience and individuals with relevant experience ONLY are eligible to apply.
- Individuals must have sound knowledge of all VAT schemes.
- Individuals must be capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Individuals must be team players.
- Individuals must be experts on QuickBooks Online and Xero having completed the basic certification.
