Based in Gujranwala, this role will manage and enter data from all stores and workshops. All incomings and outgoings will be recorded in real-time from all stores and shops in SAP to maintain a consistent data flow.
Job Role
- Work collaboratively with the store managers and workshop supervisors to optimize the efficiency of inventory and supply chain
- Ensure compliance with the operational strategy to maintain the quality of raw materials
- Manage Data Posting in real-time from all shops and stores without delays
- Identify the root cause of inventory deviation and report to the director
- Facilitate internal inventory audits for reconciliation every month
- Generate weekly reports for the purchasing team to keep ahead of the supply chain according to the production plan
About you
- Bachelors in Commerce or supply chain
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with inventory management
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
- Strong attention to detail and data management
- Knowledge of SI units and their conversions is very imperative for this role
