• Supervision of all Financial, Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting & ERP aspects.
• Supervision and Finalization of Annual & Monthly Financial Statements.
• Daily working capital management.
• Responsible for the integrity of all financial information & consolidation and its eventual reporting to CEO.
• Acting as a business co-pilot by providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the other departments.
• Review sales channel performance, pricing with respect to these channels, product profitability and costing related issues.
• Preparing and controlling the annual and monthly roll forward budgets and ad-hoc analysis.
• Performing variance analysis to be presented to the CEO.
• Improve the company's financial performance through monitoring of business process and developing and enforcing internal controls within these processes.
• Developing and monitoring of KPIs to measure departmental performances.
