Job Purpose: Under director BUH,, the SC Manager will be responsible for the timely execution of SC strategies to manage optimum Supply Chain in the company by balancing b/e supply and demand. Design, develop and execute supply chain structure with desired capabilities to become productive and high responsive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop & deploy procurement system. (Dirct & Indirect) across the business units.
Develop & deploy production & planning control systems.
Create functional document for IT which shoul be integrated in the ERP.
WareHouse Management
Ø Development & execution of IRS ( Inventory Receiving systems) across the business units.
Ø Development & execution inventory record accuracy mechanism.
Ø Development & execution of Material incoming Quality Inspection system.
Ø Standardize and execute stacking / Storage system via FIFO.
Ø Create and execute inventory Record Accuracy Systems across the supply chain.
Logistics Management
Ø Design and execute logistics management systems for the company.
Distribution Management
Ø Design and execute demand consliation system.
Ø Development and execution of distribution creation systems with minimum errors.
Replinshment Management
Ø Execution of fulfillment of shelf space by developing and executinog replinshment mechanism.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduation
Maximum: Masters (From HEC approved top 15 universities)
Working Condition:
Office work, Field work, Travelling
Physical Requirement:
He need to be physically and mentally fit.
