Blesso Cosmetics seeks an experienced React Native Developer to join our team onsite at Johar Town, Lahore. The selected candidate will lead a team of two developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The role focuses on building scalable and performant apps for diverse international clients, including the healthcare sector. The position requires deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and mobile application architecture. Collaborating across product management, UI/UX design, backend development, and quality assurance teams is essential to deliver seamless user experiences and robust functionality.
This full-time position operates from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT and demands a strong understanding of API integrations, state management, cloud services, and mobile security best practices. The developer will contribute actively to technical planning, code reviews, and troubleshooting while ensuring the delivery of maintainable and efficient application components. Experience in publishing to major app stores and familiarity with healthcare data standards are highly valued, given the nature of the client projects. Leadership of a small team also includes mentoring and ensuring adherence to clean coding standards and development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
- Lead and mentor a team of two developers, ensuring high-quality code development and knowledge sharing.
- Create reusable, maintainable, and scalable components to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA specialists to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud platforms such as Firebase and AWS into mobile applications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvements.
- Participate in architecture design discussions and contribute to technical planning and decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain best development practices and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain thorough documentation of the development process, technical specifications, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Manage deployment processes, including publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Stay updated on the latest React Native developments, mobile trends, and healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Implement robust authentication and security mechanisms to safeguard user data and application integrity.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and technologies to enhance the mobile development lifecycle.
