Job Description
1) Ensure the target achievement of the team.
2) Make sure that Daily Visit Reports are accurate and counter check them to ensure the 100% accuracy.
3) Leads the Team of Sales Promotion Officers from Head Office.
4) Expertise on Cosmetics & Make up Goods.
5) Traveling as per the requirement.
6) Mentor Promotion officers regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about Products quality.
7) Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor
8) Coordinate company schemes in the designated regions as and when required by the management.
9) Regularly perform product analysis and update the officers timely.
10) Ensure excellent working relationship with the team and resolve their issues timely.
11) Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Promotion.
