· Manage and control all documentation and files in all warehouses of company.
· Correspondence with suppliers with coordination of operation & Account department for material related matters.
· Total control and maintaining of inventory system of all warehouses.
· Responsible and accountable for all SIR ( Store Issue requisitions) and ISSTN ( Inter site store transfer note)
· Prepare monthly stock report for all warehouses in accordance with stock register and responsible to reconcile stock register with system stock.
· Submission of weekly SIR & ISSTN to accounts department.
· Responsible to arrange materials in proper place and in a proper way and update bin and documents regularly.
· Responsible to manage lot wise items for batch items.
· Supplier follow up with timely receipt of material.
· Producing report such as stock expiry report on monthly basis and ensure disposal of damaged stock as per government regulation
