We are looking for P.A to CEO with following attributes;

  1. Minimum 3 years experience as P.A with very good English Communication.
  2. Handle calls, enquiries, requests, communication and clerical work of CEO.
  3. Report CEO about all official matters of the office.
  4. Proper understanding of official language and official communication.
  5. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  6. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  7. Perfect Analytical Approach.
  8. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  9. Organising and attending meetings.
  10. Able to deal with general bank related matters (deposit & withdrawal).
  11. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  12. Advertise for hiring and schedule interviews.
  13. Check & maintain daily attendance and office filing.
  14. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  15. Proper experience of MS Word & Excel and typing & using printer etc.
  16. Provide support in routine office activities.
