Bloom Agritech (Pvt) Ltd has been founded with a vision to produce high-quality vegetables. We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced candidate to manage the operation of the site as farm manager.
Your Role:
- You are experienced with fruit and vegetable growing, which includes leafy green vegetables, vining crops and strawberries.
- You would be responsible for leading all aspects from seeding, trimming, pollinating, and harvesting.
- You would ensure adequate staffing availability to meet operational requirements.
- You would implement the best practices of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) growing.
- You would lead all prototyping activity for new crop varieties.
- You would source local supplies and manage stock levels of all growing consumables.
- You would implement a robust integrated pest management (IPM) strategy.
Experience: minimum 2-5 years experience in understanding plant physiology
